Return Policy

At Peter Thomas Roth, we provide a 30-day window for returns. You have up to 30 days from the day your order arrives to initiate a return request.

To qualify, items must be in their original condition – unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We kindly ask you to check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable products (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)

  • Flammable or hazardous goods

Please note that returns cannot be accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is confirmed.

30-Day Right of Withdrawal (UK Orders)
If your order was shipped to the UK, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact. A proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If it’s approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
